Women's Ministry

"Charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised" ( Proverbs 31:30).

Women's Ministry at CotA exists to resource, support and encourage women as they grow in healthy relationship with God and others. Our desire is to see each woman discover and develop her giftedness, utilize her experience and skills, and be blessed as she contributes to the health and growth of the body.  From Bible studies to retreats, encouragement as a Mom, to our monthly potlucks and coffees, hospital visitation and serving meals, we truly have something for every woman. There are events throughout the year that bring women of CotA together. Our events are designed to provide opportunities for women to grow in their relationships to God and  with others.

Hospital Visitation Ministry

The Hospital Visitation Ministry exists to demonstrate compassion, encouragement and support to church family members who are hospitalized, in nursing homes or who are shut-in. We offer compassion through our presence while visiting, encouragement through scripture and prayer, and support through our efforts to connect the patient with other ministries in the church. If you know someone who might be served by the Hospitalization Visitation Ministry, please contact Dit Avinger at 803-325-8235 or davinger@sc.rr.com
